Data and permissions
What the app can see, and what it keeps.
A sign-off record is only worth having if it names who acknowledged which version and when, so the Sign-off and Acknowledgement macro keeps exactly that. It is the reason this app holds personal data where the rest of our range holds none. Page status and classification are stored as Confluence content properties, which means Confluence enforces the permissions and deletes them with the page. Everything runs inside Atlassian, and nothing is sent anywhere else.
