Expanded Macro Collection
Overview
Expanded Macro Collection is an Atlassian Forge app for Confluence Cloud that bundles 13 practical macros behind one app and one Marketplace listing. It spans four areas teams ask for most: governance and compliance, navigation and discovery, admin reporting, and everyday authoring. Every macro is built on Atlassian’s UI Kit, so the app is eligible for Runs on Atlassian: your data never leaves your Atlassian Cloud environment.

How it works
Install the app on your Confluence site, then add any macro to a page from the macro browser. Per-space settings (workflow statuses, classifications, and the acknowledgement audit) live under Space Settings, then Integrations, then Expanded Macro Collection. Referenced By and Related Pages build a link index automatically in the background and keep it current as pages change. No custom fields, no external services, and no admin scripting are required.
Runs on Atlassian
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge infrastructure and makes no outbound network calls. It reads Confluence with your own permissions, so you only ever see content you are allowed to see.
